Whether it’s a new kitchen you’re hankering after, a new bathroom, structural work or total redecoration, we can achieve it together. Depending on the extent of the refurbishment, there can be a number of specialist professions involved in the project, for example an architect, structural engineers, quantity surveyors and designers. We are the coordinating function to ensure each necessary profession completes their role as required, taking that burden off your shoulders.

All Things House will source kitchens, bathrooms and building work from our preferred suppliers or your chosen supplier if you have one in mind. Whether you are also utilising our Interior Design service or simply need assistance with your refurbishment, we will manage the design and procurement process, and be on site from planning to completion to a schedule that suits you. You can be as involved or as hands-off as you choose to be and we will be there every step of the way to ensure the end result is just what you hoped for. 

We go through a structured planning process for every task we undertake:

• Initial scoping and design to ensure that your requirements are fully understood.
• Proposal of room solutions working with suppliers.
• Agree the preferred proposal with you from a cost and time perspective.
• Agree the detailed schedule with you, including appropriate stage payments.
• Manage the project, including liaison with all direct suppliers on your behalf, to ensure requirements are being fully met, and that the quality of the work meets the highest standards.
• Sign-off between you, ourselves and suppliers that the project has been successfully completed.
